We work with young people to support them in education, vocational skills development, and basic
socio-economic concepts Activities are organised through Apprenticeships, workshops, and seminars
in schools and other learning institutions within local communities TRSO also organises programs
designed to cultivate and promote social awareness and positive attitudes. We further believe that
these programs help in a sense of confidence, cizenship, and personal integrity

Reflect on significant events of the past that help to shape the current academic, vocational skills development and social wellbeing of the individual, their community and the country as a whole.

Review

Cultivating the attitude of constructively and critically reviewing current circumstances to assess what must or must not be done so as not to repeat detrimental mistakes of the past.

Restructure

This is the inevitable stage of the process that must be approached from an informed position and with a sense of urgency and commitment so that the lives of our young people and the development of their community as a whole will be enhanced.

Our goals are aligned with the SDG 1 & 4. We observe and adopt the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) Especially action on the following;
